Introduction
National Highways Authorities of India (NHAI) has appointed Vishwa Samudra Oachira Expressway Private Limited, as the Concessionaire for the design and built of the Six Laning of Kottukulangara (Design km 454+500) to start of Kollam bypass (Design km 486+000) section of new NH-66 (Old NH-47) in the state of Kerala. The project road crosses Major River, few minor streams and paddy land. The general terrain along the road is plain with intermittent stretches falling under rolling terrain.
